A Radiating Marine Rail-way in Florida. Information and plans for the erection of a Radiating Marine Rail-way for the repair of sloops of war at the Navy Yard at Pensacola which includes the report from Loammi Baldwin addressed to Commodore John Rodgers, President of the Navy Board, describing the plan, the site, costs, slope and dimensions of the railway, materials and mode of building and estimates. Baldwin was a civil engineer and had built the dry docks at Charlestown Navy Yard and at Norfolk Navy Yard.
