Davis Junior. 345 g.; XIV, 226 pages, last page blank, preface by Bill Walraven, about the authors, two appendices, sources, and index. The text is illustrated with black-and-white drawings, some double page, by John C. Davis Junior. Illustrated front cover against a red background with yellow titles to the front panel and backstrip. Minor rubbing and creasing to the book corners and a hint of yellowing to the rear book panel. A few marks to the front fore edge of the text block. A history, of sorts, told in the participants own words of the revolution in Texas between 1835 and 1836. The people in the book are a rough, crude and tough but they left an indelible legacy on Texas history. No one race is intended to be placed against another, as all peoples of all nations left their footprint on Texas history. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Please refer to accompanying picture (s).
