About This Item
Paris: George Barrie et Fils 367 pages. Faded paper title on the spine. Top fore edge is gilded. The front and back edge of the cover have had some kind of water damage, affecting about 1" at it's worst, but the text block is very minorly affected. Previous owner's name on the inside front cover. A very good copy of this title which is part of the large set of books of the Comedie Humaine. Many of the pages have not but cut, thus the book is unread. Text is in French, and appears to have been printed in the mid 1800's. Illustrated with b/w engravings.
