The so called "Alabama Edition," limited to 300 copies in slipcase, of which this is number 38, tall octavo, pp. 127. Black and white illustrations. Endpapers with Margaret Mitchell monogram pattern. Very Good in the publisher's beige cloth with gilt spine title over aquamarine boards. This copy complete with facsimile letters from "Peggy" Mitchell to Henry Love Angel laid in with envelope. Editor Debra Freer has signed and numbered the slipcase and signed again on the title page. Slipcase with just a bit of shelf wear.
