Fine brown/tan mottled buckram boards, (circa 1920/30s) a beautifully bound small book from 'The Minerva Edition' series, 7.0 x 4.25 inches approx. , single gilt line edge detail to boards, blind stamped decorative edges, central gilt 'gothic' decoration to front board incorporating the author's initials, gilt lettering to spine, marbled endpapers, top edge gilt, no inscriptions, illustrated title page in shadowy green tones, 286 pages, dark brown silk page marker faded to extreme edge. A delightful little book that has hardly been opened. .
