Moderate cracking to hinges and gutters, with exposed netting. Binding is slightly loose. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper and paste-down, with a few small nicks along text block edge. Visible thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have heavy shelf-wear with notable bumping and scuffing to corners, crushing to spine ends and considerate rub wear to surfaces. Small splits to spine ends. Boards are subtly bowed. Heavy tanning to spine with water drop on front board.
