Near fine with some trace wear including light soil at top page edges in very good + jacket with touch of rubbing and edge wear including a couple of very short closed tears along with bit of soil and some toning at edges. 252 pages with some paintings by Mike Casad. Remains an attractive copy of this northwest history of the millrace and the tiny village of Thorp, Washington in the early 1900's.
