Includes an introduction by general editor Antonia Fraser. --- In full purple cloth-covered boards with cover coat of arms portion and spine titling, both in gilt. Dust jacket with Jansenss painting of Charles dancing to front panel. --- With some light sunning to cloth and inked gift inscription to front endpaper, else a tightly-bound, unmarked copy.
