David Rogerson Williams was a representative in the United States Congress and the 45th governor of South Carolina from 1814 to 1816. He was a lawyer, politician, and judge who served as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Tennessee. Nineteen chapters, Preface, 338 pp. CONDITION: Blue boards, gilt title on front and spine. Spots and rubbing; gilded top edges; fore and bottom edges deckled. Frontispiece with tissue. Text free of writing. Very good. Full refund if not satisfied.
