About This Item

New York / Philadelphia: Clarkson N. Potter, Inc. / The Rosenbach Foundation, 1979. Hardcover. 32p., four images as called for, with period "colorization" and dramatic backdrops (the only copies to have survived Dodgson's direction to destroy all nude exemplars); a slender hardbound volume in 10x7 inch marigold cloth boards and black dust jacket. Jacket is very slightly edgeworn, otherwise faintest hints of any handling or age, a nice clean sound unmarked copy. The chldren are colored a little clumsily, the back drops are very 19th century.
