About This Item

New York: Weybright and Talley, 1968. First Printing. Hardcover. Very good/very good. Cloth in dust jacket, very good, jacket with light wear and toning. Inscribed to Robert Lima, a Cuban-born poet, playwright and professor at Penn State, where Weintraub also taught. "Inscribed for Bob Lima, who doesn't know (until now) that I actually broacast on the subject of this tome to Franco Spain via the BBC a couple of months ago. But I spoke in English, being too incompetent to do otherwise, and a 'native' garbled [?] each line or two with some Espanol! Stan Weintraub, October 1968." 340 pp.
