NY: Fleet Publishing Corporation; (1960). First Edition . Hardcover. Dust Jacket Included. Very good+ with no dust jacket. The book is tight and square; Just slight wear to spine ends and corners. Owner's name in ink at the top of the rear endpaper. The Oklahoma Senator's environmental manifesto includes an Introduction by Lyndon B. Johnson, photographs, bibliography, and an index; 380 pages. Signed by Senator Kerr on the front endpaper. A page imprinted with "United States Senate" from a notepad is laid into the book.
