JOHNSON, book is bound gilt decorated cloth, some rubbing, spine tips and corners a little bumped and worn, binding webbing is visible behind the frontispiece and back endpapers, inscription (dated 1909) on reverse of the half title, foxing, scissor cut on lower edge of one page, one plate is partially loose, else g. 282pp + 6pp lists..
