DJ scuffed and somewhat scratched, some wear to top and bottom edges of DJ. This volume of the Keyes Papers is Volume 122 of the Publications of the Navy Records Society, and covers the period of World War II. Keyes, by now retired and a Member of Parliament, was initially frustrated in his efforts to play a more active role in the war. There is much material on the extent to which Churchill interfered with the conduct of operations.
