Top edge gilt. 301pp. Endpapers are a miniature facsimile of the nursery wall paper reproduced with Kate Greenaway's special and exclusive permission by David Walker, Esq., Manchester, who owns the original drawings. 53 colour plates, 34 black and white plates and 56 thumb-nail and other sketeches with pen and pencil and numerous b&w photos. The ownership of each illustrated plate is given and each of the sketches is identified by the correspondence from which is came. Bibliography of Greenaway's illustrated books at back. Light wear, color fading, a few small defects to front hinge, back hinge repaired with some loss to botom 1/5. Small split at top of front joint. Scan on request. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
