Longer entries have divisions (not well-delineated) by type of material (personalia, notebooks, works (by type), etc.) which are in turn subdivided by collection numbers consisting of a name--"New Royal Collection," "Collins Collection," etc.--plus a number referring to a specific folio or other unit within that collection, and a listing of the items under that collection number relevant to the specific author and material.
