Perfect Form is First Edition/Second Printing. ; Both books are in As New condition, with only a faint hint of shelf wear to dustjackets. There is a small chip to top of jacket spine of Perfect Form, otherwise in excellent condition. Slipcase shows wear with some scratches and rubbing, but remains in Very Good condition.
