The story of Harry Greenstein. Mr Greenstein was the Maryland Director of the State Relief Program, drafter of the UNRRA, worked with war-torn Greece, worked closely with General Lucius D. Clay and High Commissioner John J. McCloy. Illustrated with photographs. Louis L. Kaplan was the president of Baltimore Hebrew University, which is now merged with Towson University; Signed by Author .
