London: Heinemann, 1938. In very poor condition. The spine title and author have been gone over in gold pen but the publisher at the base of the spine remains unchanged. The text-block is fairly clean and undamaged. The front free endpaper has been glued to the front paste-down and has a previous owner's name and has a piece missing. There is a partial separation at the spine at the title page. This damage is best seen on a photo. which can be sent on request.. First Edition First Printing. Black Cloth. Poor/No Jacket. 5" x 7.5". Hardback.
