The book is tight and unmarked with some light staining on the exterior of the text block-" Over 175 recipes from different regions of China and other southeast Asian countries. Explains how to cook with a wok and offers numerous recipes from the different regions of China for a variety of appetizers, main courses, soups, and other foods-" I went to a cooking demonstration in 1979/80 in Hamilton, Ontario to see Martin Yan. Great show, very entertaining. I purchased the book. I've used this book over the years and it shows it. The cover has seen better days and there are some stains on some of the pages. None of that matters. The recipes are simple and easy to use. They have brought me and my family many, many great meals over the years. Even last night's supper of Crab with ginger and scallions was another hit."-Garry Robertson
