Features "Handicapped/inconvenienced writers show their strength," written by Eleanor Vivian, dean emeritus IGAS. The article discusses individuals who have either no arms or nonfunctional arms, and includes annotated graphoanalysis of 8 specimens. Photos of the 1995 Congress participants and the Congress Dinner address by James S. Reed, M.D. The June 1995 issue showed five handwriting specimens and promised that the identities of the writers would be in the July issue, but was omitted. This issue provides the identities of those writers including David Berkowitz known as the "Son of Sam," Abraham Lincoln, and Emily Dickinson.
