There are advertisement pages at the front and back.
Condition:
Light wear to the paper at the cover corners. Light soiling to the covers, heavier on the spine; there is a 2" stain line at the left edge of the back cover. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. Nice interior - the pages are mostly clean with only a half-dozen pages or so at the front where a vertical line has been made in pencil at the outer margin to highlight specific lines of text or a specific paragraph. Light tanning to the half title page and to the last free advertisement page. Overall the book is in Good+ condition.
