Uncommon catalogue of Futurist-influenced visual poetry throughout the greater part of the twentieth century. Catalogue of an exhibition held in conjunction with the eighth triennial congress of the Associazione Internazionale per gli Studi di Lingua e Letteratura Italiana in April 1973. Ballerini's introduction and assorted artist biographies and statements are followed by an anthology of essays, beginning with excerpts from Marinetti's literary manifesto and including pieces by Anna and Martino Oberto, Ugo Carrega, Mario Diacono, Daniela Palazzoli, E. Miccini & M. Perfetti, and Arrigo Lora-Totino. 11'' x 8''. Original stiff paper wrappers with plastic comb binding. Illustrated throughout. 78 pages. Moderate soil to covers and edgewear.
