Houghton Mifflin Company. Hardcover. Very Good. Four Volumes , Complete Set . Vol. I , First Printing , 1926 , o Vol. II , First Printing , 1926 , Vol. III , First Printing , 1928. title Vol. IV , First Printing . , 1928. Each of the books are clean , no marks of any kind . The hinges on the four large books are tight . Vol. II has a small ( about one- eighth inch ) tear the cloth at the gutter on the back board . Otherwise , the cloth on the boards is unmarked and fresh . The graphics on the front boars d and spines are bright . The gold gilt on the top page edges is strong , Each of the books is illustrated and some of the pictures are published here for the first time . No dust jackets . An exceptional design and printing job by Houghton Mifflin . Overall , a very nice set .
