Speech discussing the restoration of agriculture industry, most especially cotton, in the South following the conclusion of the Civil War. 15 pp. Original printed paper wraps are in Good condition with browning to paper edges, some edge chipping, corners bent, and tears to the spine. Interior is clean, tight and in VG condition.. Soft Cover. Very Good. Size: Approx. 5 3/4" x 9 1/2". Civil War.
