Folio, unpaginated, illustrated paper-covered boards with brown cloth spine. Title page, preface and text pages with six fine chromolithographic plates in excellent condition. Covers dusty, some marks, rubbing at top and bottom of spine. Presentation on front endpaper written in a young hand dated Xmas 1912.
