Pseudonymous work by Conrad Van Dusen, an advocate of having Indian affairs administered by the legislature, and not by the Indian Department. Van Dusen sent a petition to this effect to Lord Bing, Superintendent-General of Indian affairs, for transmission to the fovernor-General, sir Edmund Head, from the Chiefs and Indians comprising the Ojibway Tribe, in Owen Sound and area..
