Among the topics covered in this book include the impact of WWI on British rule, the Punjab Rebellion of 1919, the Montagu-Chelmsford reforms. Finally, the book addresses the question, "Is India a Lost Dominion?" Tall octavo (8 7/8" tall) [xi], 453 pp. Green cloth. Includes fold-out maps of India and Punjab. From private collection.
