The text is illustrated will with black-and-white photographs, taken by Igor and Vera Stravinsky, friends, professional photographers. Bright red coloured cloth covered boards with gilt embossed coloured publisher's logo to the front panel gilt coloured titles to the backstrip. Photographic dustwrapper with red coloured titles to the front panel and black coloured titles to the backstrip. Vera and Igor Stravinsky were introduced in 1922, and, up until Igor's death in 1971, recorded their lives in Russia, Europe and America where they eventually settled. Apart from a little rubbing of the book corners no damage to report. Minor rubbing of the dustwrapper edges and panels. Size: Square Quarto. [4], 5 - 144 pages,.
