Ian Fleming spent part of every year at Goldeneye, his Jamaican house in which he wrote all of the James Bond books. Fleming wrote the introduction to this book; ten other writers contributed chapters on topics including Jamaican natural history, literature, art, cooking, religion, politics, skin diving, and more.
