Octavo; 234pp. Illustrated dust jacket with $3.50 price intact; boards in gray cloth with white and blue lettering to spine. Jacket edgeworn with shallow chips and tears at corners and spine ends, along with some light scuffing to rear panel. Boards are square with nudging at spine ends. Binding is sound and pages unmarked.
First collection of short fiction by Beaumont, who also wrote for television and film -- most notably a number of Twilight Zone scripts, including an adaptation of his own short story "The Howling Man," and the Roger Corman / American International (loose) Poe adaptations Premature Burial, The Haunted Palace (actually Lovecraft), and Masque of the Red Death.
