Wells Co. #27 East 21st. New York City ". Tooled burgundy leather front, back and spine. Title embossed on spine. Gilt completely worn away. This copy is VG. Exterior is rich. Minimal/ modest rubbing to edges. Inside has neat PO signature on FEP verso. Red marbled EPs. Front hinge a little loose. Scattered foxing throughout. Unmarked. A couple of small news articles laid in along with a poem by Paul Laurence Dunbar attached to rear board. .
