Hardcover with dust jacket, 177pp., binding firm and pagination clean, book shows a dark mark inside front board and on title and copyright pages, apparently from a marker obscuring something, d.j. shows edgewear and several clear tape repairs. Extremely rare. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
