In the original publisher's pictorial dustjacket which is not price-clipped. The dustjacket has some VERY slight fading to the edges of the front cover and there is one small tear to the top rear corner of the dustjacket which is now neatly repaired to the inside with clear archive tape. There are NO Inscriptions or other Marks. (ix) + 112 pp. Illustrated with b/w photographs and colour prints. References and Select Bibliography; A Note on Weights and Measures; Index. Overall, apart from the minor faults, as detailed above, this is a Very Clean, Tight and Bright 'Very Good Plus' copy. "This book examines the operation of the Farm and farming during the time when horses were essential to its running and more widely used. " ; 4to 11" - 13" tall .
