Green leatherette stamped in gilt, in grey dust jacket; [xii],152pp; black and white photographs. Inscribed "To Anne, without whose exertions this book would not have been possible!" on front free endpaper. Sturdy and straight, with leather rippling slightly, corners tapped, else Very Good. Jacket rubbed at edges with one or two tiny chips and creases, else Very Good.

Inscribed by Anne C. Fredericks, who revised the manuscript (see Acknowledgment, p.xi). Account of Garba's 1989 term as the President of the UN General Assembly, which included special sessions on apartheid, drug abuse, and international economic cooperation. [62104].
