Raleigh, N.C.: Observer Printing Company, Printers and Binders, 1888. First Edition First Printing . Wrappers. Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Octavo. 20 pages. Paperback stitched pamphlet in bound in brown printed wrappers with a City Library Association stamp on front cover. The binding shows light to moderate wear and has some splitting to the hinges at the spine ends. Text block appears sound. Text is a little toned and has some occasional pencil marks. Now housed in a removable board-backed plastic or mylar sleeve.
