Cambridge University Press, 1961. First edtion hardback in dustjacket. Illustrated, folding maps, plates, 292 pages. The jacket is clipped and has some foxing, it is in a removable protective sleeve. The blue gilt cloth binding has some light wear only and remains sound. There is som e light edge foxing to the text which is otherwise clean. The folding map in the pocket at the end the book is very clean and crisp.
