London, England: T. Nelson and Sons, 1875. Hardcover. Poor/No Jacket. 6 1/2" x 8 1/4. Giacomelli, Hector. POOR / NO DUST JACKET. 234 pp + 3 pp ads. Text unmarked except for previous owner's identification in pencil at free front endpaper. Dark brown endpapers. All edges gilt. Illustrated throughout in b/w. Green cloth boards decorated with illustrations in black and gilt at front and spine. Boards very scuffed and worn, spine covering split and torn at back joint and repaired with glue, spine top and tail very frayed, with losses, all edges rubbed, corners worn to boards. Hinges cracked through, back board partly detached, textblock completely detached fron case binding. Textblock intact and stable.
