Cloth binding is worn, rubbed, and darkened on the front cover. Browning to pages. Front hinge cracked. Previous owner name of "John McIntosh Kell" written on the right front flyleaf. "Mrs. John McIntosh Kell" written on the front paste down. "E. K. L' Antignac" is written on the front paste down and title page. John McIntosh Kell was from Georgia and served under Admiral Semmes on the Alabama in the Confederate Navy.
