The hardcover is worn along the edges and the spine. Some tanning, but no foxing visible on the inside pages. One of the photographic plates inside has come loose. There are several stamps and stickers marking both the hardcover and inside pages. An old newpaper article about the hospital has been glued to the back flyleaf.
