Stanford, CA: Stanford University Press, 1961. Hardcover. Very good+/Very good-. Green cloth boards in dust jacket, octavo, illustrated in b&w. Book has mild wear to spine ends and corners, binding tight, small red chop mark and signature on title page from Helen Hopper, author of works on Japanese feminism and female leaders, otherwise text clean and unmarked but gently toned throughout. DJ has rubbing, soil and toning, edgewear that includes small tears to edges and corners.
