About This Item
First edition, first printing, signed by author. Hardcover with dust jacket in archival cover. Book is Near Fine: prior bookseller's pencil note ffep, faint small stain on front edge of paper. Dust jacket is Very Good: showing mild general wear, now protected. Inscription by author dated 1987. Author's first book, also his only book where first edition is not from Thailand. A collectible book in like condition. Please see images of the book you will receive. Notes: fans of author's Calvino series will find much of interest here. Author dissects memory and betrayal which are central themes in his later work. More Notes: Bibliographically complicated author for a variety of reasons. I have prepared a first appearance bibliography of 24 titles for those who are interested.
