London: Macmillan and Co., Ltd., 1938. First printing (date on the title page with no additional printings listed). Very light shelfwear. The spine is slightly slanted. The cloth of the boards is puckered in spots. The endpapers have faint spots of foxing. In a tight binding with hinges intact. The dust jacket is moderately edgeworn, with a bit of loss at the spine head. Soiled and spotted on the rear panel. Scuffed along the folds. The price, 8s. 6d., is present on the front flap. In Brodart archival dust jacket protector.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
