Front shows "Council of Higher Education, Newfoundland, 1894 " In gilt.Top edges are gilt.Boards show minor soiling and the corners are modestly bumped .The black epp's are begining to crack the binding does appear to be strong enough for another hundred years or so.. First Thus. Cloth. Very Good/No. Illus. by William Harvey. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
