Profusely & lavishly illustrated in color, occasionally in b&w. Printed on glossy, coated paper. 120pp. Gilt stamped, green cloth covers. Foreword by William A. Cecil. Reprint. Signature (facsimile ?) on Foreword page: a scrawled 'Bill Cecil, Jr.' with a half oval flair under 'Bill'. Both dots on the 'i' are more horizontial. In black pen. Appears authentic with a lupe.
