First printing by Turnpike Press, the book was subsequently published by Simon & Schuster. Great old time country recipes. The 7 page introduction by Ms. Gaskin is a must read. The book has gotten wet and is wrinkled and lightly stained for an inch down from the top. The pages are lightly and evenly toned. There is damage at the top and bottom of the spine and there is shelf wear. The pages are clean and unmarked. Listed as Good.
