He retired in 1978 to concentrate on writing books and scripts. He has written four novels, a book about bomb disposal, a history of the Bristol Riots, and a short history of the world. He is a frequent contributor to military and history magazines throughout the world. He lives in Bristol, England, with his wife, Gillian.<br><br>CONDITION: Light mark on cover.
