Stamping dulled slightly; fine in a bright, crisp dust jacket with just a touch of soil and some minor nicks to the edges, small chip at the top of the spine and a short closed tear to the rear. An excellent copy.. 8vo, 301pp; dark blue cloth stamped in gilt. Memoir of a New York State Senator and longtime fixture in the state's Democratic party. A presentation copy, inscribed on the front flyleaf: "To Hon. Harry B. Chambers, In token of friendship and esteem, Benjamin Antin." The recipient was a Bronx lawyer and politician, chair of the borough's Democratic party who served on several city agencies.
