Solid and VG in its decorative red cloth, with lavish blindstamping and gilt-titling along the panels. A bit of soiling to the front panel, light wear at the tips. Former owner bookplate mostly removed from the blank frontispiece. 64mo, 215 pgs. plus local ads at the rear. Gilt reasonably bright on spine. Trivial shallow insect damage at the fore-edge, and a stain on the margin of two leaves. Really a tight, clean copy. Folding map in excellent condition, despite a few gentle creases at the extremities. Includes many, many advertisements printed in different-colored ink. Bears the ownership signature of "E. K. Root, Esq, President" on the front paste-down. This is certainly Elisha K.
