First Edition, rear panel with text and photo of Fairchild, along with text of rear flap of DJ has been pasted between the rear e.p. and the last page of the index, sitting flat and inconspicuously, but it might be difficultt to remove it. Very light external wear. No markings, binding tight, clean, white. 6.5" x 9.5". Blue cloth with silver lettering to front board and spine, and illustrated end papers..
